Joy Washes Over Me

Joy is not always loud.
Sometimes it sneaks in quietly —in a breeze that brushes your face,in the still warmth of your morning coffee,or in the smile you didn’t realize you were holding back.
Joy doesn’t always arrive with trumpets or fireworks.
Sometimes, it whispers.
It settles softly into the corners of your day.
It comes when we least expect it —and often, when we most need it.
Let it wash over you.
Let it stay for a while.
You don’t have to chase it.
Just notice it.
Be present enough to receive it.
We are all pilgrims of the heart, walking our own sacred paths —sometimes uphill, sometimes in circles, but always toward something deeper.
If you’re feeling tired, uncertain, or in-between,
I hope this is your reminder that joy is still possible.
Not the performative kind.
But the kind that feels like a breath of fresh air in your soul.
Breathe it in! Inhale joy. Exhale sadness and disappointment.
You got this!
Let’s walk this path together.
One gentle, joy-filled step and breathe at a time.
